This three bedroom, two bath ranch is located in a quiet residential area of Hyannis, just minutes away From East Beach in Hyannisport and Sea Street Beach in Hyannis. Craigville Beach is approx 1 mile. Large living room with sliders to the deck area. The Kitchen/dining area also has a sitting room for those that would just like to relax and read a book or two. The house comes equipped with Washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with cable, DVD, WiFi and central air conditioning.  There are two deck areas with yard furniture, gas grill and outside enclosed shower. Hyannis center for shopping, restaurants and the Melody Tent are just 1/2 mile away. There is a Beach Pass that comes with the house which would require a $475 refundable deposit. Be sure to take in a Whale Watch Cruise out of Barnstable Harbor, but dress warmly. It can get cold out there. For the adults there is the Lobster Boat Cruise out of Sesuit Harbor in Dennis. For the Children, there is a water park in Yarmouth on Route 28. Fun for all. Security deposit of $250 required.
