Fantastic location with some water views:  Enjoy sitting on the beach and watching the sun sets.   Duplex across from Craigville Beach consisting of two bedrooms, one bath on each side with living room, kitchen and dining area.  One unit is known as the "Grassy Knoll and the other "The Wooden Deck".  The large bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and and a tein on top.  Each unit consists of washer/dryer, dishwasher, hi-def flat screen cable TV with internet, central A\C, outside shower, grill and deck furniture.  There are beach chairs for your use and toys for the kids.  You have the option of renting both sides to combine into a 4 bedroom with separate entrances.   The famous Four Seas Ice Cream and Craigville Pizza & Mexican and snackbars are just minutes away.  Downtown Hyannis for restaurants, shopping and ferries to the Islands is about 2.5 miles.  Security deposit of $200 and cleaning fee of $150.  NO PETS, NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN OR ON THE PREMISIS.  WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY PLEASE

Bedding:  Each unit has one king, and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top.  Sheets, towels & pillowcases are not provided.
